In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing jll8.org, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with:

• The jll8 Privacy Policy (accessible at /privacy-policy);
• The jll8 Responsible Gaming Policy (accessible at /responsible-gaming);
• All game-specific rules published within the jll8 platform; and
• Any bonus or promotional terms communicated to you through the platform or by email.

To register and maintain an Account on jll8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jll8 or any of its game providers;
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party; and
• You have not previously had an Account on jll8 suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

jll8 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by jll8 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification. Winnings generated by an Account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited in their entirety.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on jll8. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and winnings therein.

4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. jll8 is entitled to rely on the information you provide. You must promptly notify jll8 of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected].

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jll8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, jll8 may require you to complete its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may include submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, Voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. jll8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. jll8 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jll8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay-enabled banks. jll8 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. jll8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the jll8 Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 5.4 Refusal of Transactions. jll8 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jll8 may freeze the relevant Account pending investigation and report the matter to PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. A Bet is only valid when it has been accepted and confirmed by jll8's systems. Confirmation is evidenced by a Bet reference number displayed in your Account history. Bets placed verbally, by email, or through any channel other than the jll8 platform interface are not valid.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game or table interface. jll8 reserves the right to impose individual Account-level bet limits at its discretion, including without prior notice where jll8 reasonably determines this is necessary for operational or regulatory reasons.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, jll8 reserves the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes. jll8's decision in such circumstances is final. The phrase "pays wrong" — common in Philippine casino culture — does not apply; all payouts are governed by the certified game logic provided by licensed suppliers.

6.4 Insufficient Funds. jll8 will not extend credit to Players. Bets may only be placed from available Account Balance. Bets that exceed your available Balance at the time of placement will not be accepted.

6.5 Voided Bets. jll8 reserves the right to void any Bet where there is reasonable evidence of collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting systems, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent conduct.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jll8 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet — as specified in the promotion terms. Real-money Balance is used before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified.

7.3 One Bonus Per Household. Where such patterns are detected, jll8 may remove bonus funds, void winnings, and restrict future promotional participation without prior notice.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jll8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or using more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with jll8 employees;
• Placing bets with knowledge of information not available to other Players or to jll8 that would give an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jll8 staff or other players through any communication channel; and
• Any other conduct that jll8 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or prejudicial to the integrity of the platform.

All content on jll8.org — including but not limited to the jll8 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of jll8 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jll8 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jll8.org without the express prior written consent of jll8.

10.1 Platform Availability. jll8 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. jll8 shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from platform downtime, technical failures, network interruptions (including those attributable to Philippine telecommunications providers), or force majeure events.

10.2 Gaming Losses. 10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. 13.1 By jll8. jll8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any Balance or winnings therein, without prior notice, where jll8 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; or (d) regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it to do so.

13.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to pending withdrawal holds) will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of KYC verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply to those funds.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Termination of your Account does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that have accrued prior to termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law survive termination of these Terms.

jll8's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, Bet settlements, and Account actions based on its internal review processes shall be considered final, subject to regulatory review by PAGCOR where applicable.

jll8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jll8 will notify registered Players by displaying a notice on jll8.org and, where reasonably practicable, by SMS or email to the contact details registered with your Account.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any given transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event. Continued use of the jll8 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jll8 and request Account closure.
